Specific duties include: 

·          creating, producing, editing, writing and directing high-quality live and recorded programs for County departments;

·          developing high-end video graphics;

·          participating in pre-production meetings with clients, conceiving program ideas and finalizing program content;

·          coordinating pre-production, production, and post-production schedules;

·          performing a full range of technical duties including shooting with HD broadcast cameras, writing, audio setup, lighting, d directing County meetings;

·          using robotics and switchers in studio, field production situations;

ATV operates on Verizon and Comcast cable channels 24/7; provides online video and archived video on the ATV website and YouTube; broadcasts County Board meetings live and provides live webcast; produces news programming and videos for employees; and assists with emergency management and crisis communications.
