By popular demand, TIVA is proud to present the DC Drone Panel event! Drone experts Luisa Winters and Mike Sobala will be speaking on the panel at Interface Media Group on Wednesday February 15, 2017!
Panelist Luisa Winters
Luisa has been involved with many private classes, the Post Production Conference at NAB NY, where she taught several drone sessions, and at the Government Video Expo where she taught all of the UAV sessions including:

Luisa Winters is an internationally celebrated instructor, presenter, and musician. An accomplished videographer, editor, 3D animator and graphics designer, she has created and edited scores of broadcast video and web projects for corporate, government, educational, commercial and private clients.
Panelist Mike Sobola
Mike is a Producer, Private Pilot and FAA-Certified drone pilot. His longtime experience as a TV and Video Producer brings him a unique approach to my aerial cinematography projects. His experience includes hexacopters, quads, fixed gear and retractable platforms in single-pilot and dual-operator configurations. He has over 100 hours experience over multiple platforms including the Freely Alta Hexacopter, the Inspire I Pro and the Phantom 3 Pro.
Sobola's repertoire includes commercials, music, videos, and pieces for corporate, government and broadcast programs. He has written and produced shows airing on NBC, CBS, HBO, Discovery, The Sci-Fi Channel and others. His five-year staff position with The Travel Channel included the position of Lead Writer/Producer of the popular travel series "Etc...Etc" with Matt Lauer, and he went on to take Writer/Producer roles with several companies, including Atlantic Creative, FDA TV Studios, and Moondog Entertainment. At Moondog, he was Executive Producer in Charge of Development and Production and served as Showrunner of the 26-part series "Techknowledge" for Discovery Science. He is currently the Lead Drone Pilot and Producer for FDA TV Studios overseeing a stable of three drones and a staff of four pilots.
Mike has a degree in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Filmmaking from New York University.
