The Show Us Your Reel event is like an open mic night - but with more talent on display than most. Bring your reel, a sample of your music or announcing skills, or just come and tell us why you should be hired.
This event is usually packed - so register early to make sure you have time to upload your content to our shared drive before the event (but bring a removable USB thumb drive as a backup, just in case).
Talking/presenting time per person will be limited to about one to two minutes before their two-minute reel is shown, with a Q&A/networking session afterward. And if you're the type who doesn't like talking to groups, type something up and we'll get one of our professional announcer types to read for you.
As we've done in the past, we've got a shared drive set up for you to upload your material in advance of the event - the preferred format is listed below, and specifics (including a link to the drive) will be sent out to you upon registration.

Note that all material should be uploaded prior to the event; we will not plan to assemble material from USB drives or optical discs provided at the event (except as needed in the case of technical error).
Preferred demo format
1920x1080, H.264 MPEG-4 with MP3 or AAC audio (128 kbps, 44.1 or 48kHz)
Networking/food and drink will begin at 6:30, and reels will start showing at 7:10 p.m.
