Last year’s Government Video Expo brought the east coast’s largest contingent of video production, post, digital media and broadcast professionals together with government AV/IT specialists. The combined event featured more than 150 exhibits and nearly 6,000 registrants.
Panelists for the "Meet the Government Producers" panel include:
- Nationals Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - Wade E. Sisler is Executive Producer for NASA Television (NTV) at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. He worked at NASA Headquarters in Washington DC from 1994-1997.
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) - Matt Borten is the Creative Director of video production at FAA. The FAA Office of Communications Creative Services Group creates all communications-marketing products (graphics, illustrations, animations, trade booth design, presentation materials, videos, multimedia content, virtual environment development, and website content) for the FAA's internal and external communication needs.
- United States Postal Service (USPS) - Jeff Cook is a freelance multimedia producer, director, scriptwriter, editor and editing instructor. He has recently concluded a three-year tour as a full-time freelance contract producer for USPS.
- Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks (ZHM) - Tom Hendrick is the co-founder of ZHM. Tom is the POC for multimedia communications services provided for the Department of Defense, Smithsonian Institution, and the National Institutes of Health, the Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The panel will be moderated by Tanya Spann Roche, a former government video producer who worked for the U.S. Department of Justice. She is currently president of her own production company, Think-Speak-Act Productions.
