TIVA, working with NYC Director, Paul Del Vecchio and our local NBC4 team brings you an inside look at doing promotional work for the Fast & Furious 7 feature film being released on 3 April, 2015. As an added bonus, we will be providing a NBC4 Building Tour and Evening newscast viewing opportunity so you do NOT want to miss this event!!
PRE-REGISTRATION MANDATORY for Security reasons by 3/28 (to give NBC4 time for coordination internally.) We Will not be accepting walk-ins for this event.
Arrive 30 minutes early at 5:30 pm to assemble for Building Tour and Newscast viewing
Free parking is available at studio for anyone who pre-registers.
Location is also accessible via Tenlytown metro stop and AU shuttle bus which picks up right near metro. Check out the link for shuttle location and full schedule.

Alternatively, you could walk from Tenleytown Metro stop for a 1/2 mile walk past American University - Tenleytown campus:
Follow the fenced in area and walk up to NBC4 external security gate.
Announce that you are attending a NBC4 sponsored, TIVA event and show a PHOTO ID
Walk to front door of NBC4 complex and see Building security for check-in.
Announce that you are attending a NBC4 sponsored, TIVA event and show a PHOTO ID
You will be provided a NBC4 visitor name badge for use during the event. Keep this on at all times during the event.
Meet your TIVA Programming chair and NBC4 exec in the lobby at 5:45PM - We will have an event sign so you know who to come to.
NBC4 Building Tour starts at 6:00 PM
6:45 PM: Evening News cast: We will catch the tail end of the news cast and have a brief meet & greet with news anchors!
No Flash photography please… but photo without flash are permitted. Put your mobile phones on mute and airplane mode, please also!
News cast ends at 7PM, meet and greet immediately after… (be mindful of the anchors’ time)
~7:15PM or sooner
After NBC4 meet & greet, we will assemble in Studio A, escorted by our NBC4 host for the evening event.
TIVA team: We will have a side table for setup for food/drink that we will bring into the event.
