Peer Awards Program Advertising Opportunity

The countdown is on for the 2008 DC Peer Awards Ceremony, which will be held at the National Press Club on Saturday, November 22, from 6:00-10:00 pm.  At present, we're designing the Peer Program.  You can support the Peer Awards, congratulate the winners, and publicize your services to the local production community by buying an advertisement in the Peer Program. Best of all, as TIVA members, you're entitled to a 10% discount on your ad. To take advantage of this offering, you must be a member in good standing.

This year, the choices for black and white artwork ad sizes include quarter page (elongated business card size), half page, and full page. The choices for color artwork ads include the inside front cover, the inside back cover and the outside back cover.

This year's Peer Program size is 5.5w x 8.5h, and the deadline for submitting your artwork and payment is October 22, 2008.

The pricing for advertisements in the Peer Award program is:
Quarter page:           $150 for  non-member; $135 for member  (5.5w x 2h – no bleed)   
Half page:                 $275 for non-member; $247.50 for member   (4.75w x 3.75h – no bleed)
Full page:                 $500 for non-member; $450 for member  (5.5w x 8.5 – 1/4” bleed)
Inside front cover:    $950 for non-member; $855 for member  (5.5w x 8.5 – 1/4” bleed)
Inside back cover:    $875 for non-member; $787.50 for member  (5.5w x 8.5 – 1/4” bleed)
Outside back cover: $1000 for non-member; $900 for member  (5.5w x 8.5 – 1/4” bleed)

The following electronic formats will be accepted: eps, tif, InDesign, Quark and PDF.

Payment can be by credit card or check.  Credit card payments require cardholder name & address, card # and type, expiration date and security code.  Checks should be made out to TIVA. Payment and camera-ready art should be sent to:
