Dick will discuss his financial preparations for becoming self-employed and creating an opportunity for himself to become an international hit as "Count Gore de Vol". * Jeff Kramer is head of Kramer Communications, and produces many industrials. Recently, he completed " The Price of Paradise", a documentary on the plight of Iraqi's forced to flee their homeland. Jeff will speak about the financial preparations for this film, as well as efforts to monetize the finished product. *Erica Ginsberg is well-known as the co-founder of DC's popular Docs In Progress. She is a well-known documentary-maker in her own right. Her latest project is "Avenue of Aspirations," a film abut the history and future of DC's 16th St. corridor. Erica will focus on "the big picture" of rasing money through grants, fiscal sponsors, the internet and barter. * Eugene Cornelius, District Engineer for the Small Business Administration, will talk abut how SBA loans can be utilized by people in our field. |
